Arrest made in convenience store murder

News updates.... Mr Siwakoti says “My wife will finally be at peace.”That was the reaction from Nabaraj Siwakoti when told by police from The Colony that they had arrested the alleged killer. Police announced during a Saturday morning media conference that he now faces capital murder charges. Siwakoti was shot in the face as she worked at the Rapido convenience store in The Colony.Watch following video published by CBS News for more information. Surveillance video of deadly shooting at the convenience store has been release. A Nepali girl was shot dead in the incident. Video shows a suspect going inside and then running out less than two minutes later.  Samira Shiwakoti, who had two little girls – a 9-month-old and a 2-year-old along with her husband have owned the store for about four years. It happened at the Rapido Convenience Store in the 7400 block of Main Street Texas. Police said a late-model black four-door vehicle was seen nearby after the shooting with the suspect seen entering the vehicle.
