Nepalese's student is breaking the record of Australia

Shiva Neupane about being the First international student in Australia to compile an English dictionary (Falang English Dictionary) and the first Nepalese to write a novel about Nepalese students' lives here in Australia. 15 Aug 2015, Nepalese community Geelong has awarded Australia based writer and Journalist Shiva Neupane with the appreciation of certificate for compiling an English dictionary "Falang English Dictionary". He has been recognized by the community out there the first international student to compile a dictionary during student life in Australia, and he is also known as the first Nepalese citizen to write a novel "In the pursuit of Utopian Life in Australia" about Nepalese students life in Australia.  In a program the Australia's former Federal Minister and current shadow Federal Minister for immigration and Border protection Hon Richard Marles has handed a certificated to Mr. Shiva Neupane.
